VIC:Man dies in house fire
An elderly woman's lost her husband in a late night house fire south of Melbourne.
The 86-year-old woman woke up around two a.m to see her Rosebud house along the Mornington
Peninsula filling with thick smoke.
She tried to get her 88-year-old husband out of the home but was forced back by smoke
and flame and had to run out of the burning building.
Firefighters found the man's body near the back of the house.
The cause of the fire is not considered suspicious.
